Vaux-sur-Mer Tourist Office is an association under the Act of 1901 and, as such, operates like any other association or sports club. It is run by a Board of Directors, which is elected for 3 years, with a third of its members being renewed every year. All the board members work on a voluntary basis.
A third of the finance is provided by a town council grant. The rest comes from different forms of income earned by the office's work: sales of various derivative products, advertising inserts placed in the different guides, and the partnership between the office and nearly 135 members: shopkeepers in the commune and surrounding areas, accommodation providers, restaurants, etc.
